great breakfast modern room spacious room broken air conditioners poor service glass incident
The breakfast had a lot of variety. It was very beautiful by the pool. The room was modern and spacious. The shower was fantastic.
The air conditioners did not work. The fridges did not work. One of our friends got cut with glass at the hotel and we did not receive any help from the staff.

beautiful design convenient location healthy options continental breakfast
The hotel is brand new and beautifully designed! the lobby and swimming pool area are especially attractive. the location is convenient, close to both the center and es pouet beach. breakfast had many healthy options, including an indulgent continental breakfast. It was a nice way to start the day.
the air conditioning did not function perfectly. it was a very minor issue. the staff addressed it quickly.

The pool areas include both a regular pool and a rooftop bar with a pool. The effect is very relaxing. estaphan provided really helpful assistance with all my requests.

Acceptable Stay but Some Issues Need Addressing
slow service guest visit charge
The hotel's modern style is appealing, I will give them that. The location is convenient for accessing many places and the reception staff arranged taxis upon request.
I found the service to be quite slow. Room service was unresponsive. They would take a long time to deliver anything (and not with a smile, mind you). they charge €150 per guest if you want someone to visit your room, which I find odd, as most 5-star hotels just ask for ID. Not sure what they are trying to prevent there.

inconsistent service at a new hotel
broken air conditioning slow room service
my air conditioning didnt work for the first two nights. it was almost thirty degrees outside so sleep wasn't happening. the first day, there wasnt hot water and reception casually said it had been like this for days. staff offered no reassurance. the phone also didnt work. asking for room service was a difficulty and took a long time. they need to fix those teething problems.

varied selection fresh item immaculate pool faulty air conditioning warm water cold shower
the breakfast was quite nice! it had a varied selection of choices. fresh items were always available. the immaculate pool areas were a highlight, i enjoyed both the normal pool and the rooftop bar and pool.
The air conditioning did not work properly, and the fridge did not work either. nobody picked up the phones at night so i only had warm water to drink. i also experienced cold showers on the first day because there was no hot water available. Apply, twice.

amazing stay!
fantastic location special needs fine hotel
the location proved amazing! i had specific gluten-free requirements and they really delivered. plus, the rooftop infinity pool had just opened , it was very fine. i cannot stress how gorgeous this hotel is!
The gym wasn't quite ready on my first day. I needed to use a smaller one at a partner hotel.

decent stay, some issues
pool vibe good dj well-equipped gym useless air conditioning limited hot water broken lift
we really enjoyed the pool vibes, they have a dj during the day and it felt luxurious. the gym was well equipped. the breakfast had a nice selection and good variety.
the air conditioning in our room was useless so we struggled to sleep. we didn't have hot water most mornings. the lift was out of service several times and we walked up several flights of stairs.
